FAQ


In general, course enrolment is processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Applications will be processed only when the completed enrolment form and copies of supporting documents (if specified) are received.

  1. Visit www.pcvetacademy.com to select the course you wish to apply for and click on “Apply Now” on the course information page.
  2. Upon successful application of Programme, applicants will receive an “Admissions Offer Letter” and a “Payment Advice”.
  3. Receipt and Attendance Permit will normally be sent by mail before course commencement after the tuition fee is paid.

  1. Visit www.pcvetacademy.com to download the application form. Email the completed application form together with a copy of academic qualification to info@pcvetacademy.com.
  2. Upon successful application of Programme, applicants will receive an “Admissions Offer Letter” and a “Payment Advice”.
  3. Receipt and Attendance Permit will normally be sent by mail before course commencement after the tuition fee is paid.

Except otherwise specified, the programmes offered by the Academy are open to all applicants. Please refer to individual programmes for details. Applicants should possess a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card/Entry Permit for enrolment.

Supervised clinic practices: Pets Central Hospitals North Point, Mong Kok, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O

  • Students are required to bring along their Student Card to class and to show proof of student identity to our instructor or staff. Failure to do so may result in being denied the right of entry to classroom or usage of learning centre facilities. If necessary, students may be requested to show their Hong Kong Identity Card.
  • Student Card is a sensitive personal proof of identity. Students should take good care of their student card.(e.g. not for lending to third party)
  • Student Card is not transferable.
  • Should students/staff lose their cards, they must report it to the Academy and have to pay a card replacement fee. Any loss arising from the loss of Student Card will be the responsibility of the person who loses it and the Academy has no liability whatsoever.
  • Upon graduation or termination of study the Student Card will automatically expire.
  • Pets Central Veterinary Academy reserves the right to change the rules concerning the Student Card at any time without prior notice.

All Classes are cancelled should a black rainstorm signal and/or a tropical cyclone signal no. 8 be hoisted 2 hours prior to the beginning of any Class.

Tuition fees already paid for the cancelled Class(es) shall not be refunded but shall be rolled over as tuition fees paid for the next Class.

Students may apply for the Extented Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) or CEF Reimbursement. If you have specific questions regarding financial assistance offered by the Government, you can contact the relevant government departments.

Students who have successfully completed CEF reimbursable course(s) could apply for a Letter of Certification with our School for making a claim for CEF reimbursement. To have successfully completed a CEF reimbursable course means the student has an attendance rate of not less than 70% (or such higher attendance requirement as prescribed for the course) and has passed the course assessments.

  • Our staff and teachers may occasionally use phones or cameras to take photos and videos during classes for technical feedback, assessment, or promotional materials.
  • Closed circuit television (CCTV) systems are in operation in our Centre for security only.
